Order information

We can only accept facsimile orders that use a credit card. To submit an order via facsimile, simply print this form, fill it out, and send it to us. Please remember to sign the original and include a photocopy of both sides of your card (so we can check the card, just like when you use the it in a shop. We have to check the expiry date and the signature on the card). Thanks.

If you prefer, you can order by mail. Please print this form and send it to us with your cheque or money order.

We usually turn orders around within approximately 24 hours of receipt of your payment.

Please note that, due to foreign exchange restrictions, if you are ordering by credit card from anywhere other than Canada, the currency in which you order will be converted to Canadian dollars, which will then be charged to your account. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, when you receive your credit card bill from your bank, you may notice a small increase or decrease from the amount converted at the time the invoice was created. This is normal for international transactions.
