- All our books and CD-ROM have bar codes.
- Please order using full title and/or ISBN for full identification.
- Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.
- Discounts will be forfeit if accounts are not paid within ninety days of due date.
- A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all overdue balances over 60 days.
- Shipping charges will be added to all orders.
- Books are shipped Canada Post ground service.
- We can ship by UPS or FedEx, but the shipping charges are considerably more.
- All orders are FOB Toronto.
- Please submit orders on your purchase order form or letterhead.
- Orders over $50 must be prepaid, or submit names & contacts of your 3 largest publisher accounts and one bank reference.
- Special discounts and.or payment schedules are not available.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Orders from Canada must be in Canadian dollars. Orders from the U.S. must be in U.S. dollars. Orders from the U.K. must be in £ sterling. Orders from elsewhere must be in U.S. dollars or U.S. dollar international money orders. Payment may also be wired directly to our accounts (please contact us for details). Visa credit card purchases available, but only in person (i.e. with the card for us to imprint).
- Shortages or non-receipt must be reported within thirty days of order date.
- We can supply extra covers for your catalogue work.
Return Policy
All unblemished books must be included with your return shipment for credit to be applied. Books must be received within 6 (six) months of the original invoice date. Returned books must include a copy of the original invoice. Our SAN is S1196111. Returns must be MAILED prepaid to:
